jeff I agree with you...

imagine citroen stopping and retiring Ogier from 4th in order to put loeb in points (nov and con falling also victim).

That's selfishness....

and it's stupid also

WRC » Loeb: I'll come back from this

Citroen’s Sebastien Loeb looks ahead and stays positive despite third set-back in succession on Rally Poland.

Good to see even the greatest make the odd mistakes.

Interesting to see how he goes in Finland, with only one tarmac round to go it could be interesting but wouldn't bet against him for the championship.

It is absolutely abnormal, for me, that Hirvonen can lead the world championship while Loeb has been so dominant in terms of race wins. 10-8 is not enough a difference between a win and a 2nd place.

I suggest the driver with most SS wins to be granted 1 point (except under SuperRally), and leader(s) of days 1 and 2 one point each too, to make up for the disadvantage of opening the roads the day after and preventing Ford from playing around the rules as they do all the time to let Loeb wipe the dust for them.

Could anyone update when Marcus Gronholm returns? I read with the help of his private sponsor he gonna race for 3-4 rallies in this season, no idea when he gonna return after he crashed in that rally

This will upset Ford and Hirvonen fans. But the title is Loeb's to lose, not Hirvonen to win.

Loeb is faster than Hirvonen, even the events he retired from, he was faster.

I don't like tactics, but I can live with them. That said, it's bull when the A-teams utilize their B-teams for sweeping or in this case just ordering them to stop.

Like in one rally last year (Italy maybe?) Ford sent Gigi and Henning to the front to sweep. Uncool. A team is two cars, not four.
