Henning,

Yer having a laugh.

Give the drive to your brother, be happy with your stobart ride, you only have to beat the man with the 5 year plan and the muppets in the munchies team :p

Whilst I am a fan of Henning, I honestly don't think he is a better driver than Jari, and although he made a silly mistake, BP Ford would be foolish to let him go just yet.

100% agree. Henning is grewat but his baby brother is on pace with him in a much older car.

Henning is good but Jari is faster and settles into the car quicker. If he could only stop making the school boy errors and relax he could make a great driver.

If anyone with the name Solberg deserves a place in the BP Ford Team its Petter, although Henning is a good driver i think Petter would do better.

Totally agree. I love HS's style, it's a pity he just doesn't have the ultimate pace.

runnah: Henning's car is just a year older than petter's, it's a Mk2 Focus 2, used by BP in 07-08.

I dont Appreciate Henning coming out with that statement, yes its difficult for him in a customer car, he would go better with the same car and a decent pre event test programme.

Jari Matti is capable of Winnning on any loose surface in the WRC, not many people can do that with Mikko and Seb.

Jari Matti is the right guy for sure. I think the problem in in his notes / and how his co driver delivers the notes to him.

Giving his seat to Henning or anyone else might fracture his already fragile Confidence.

Cheeky, Henning. Very cheeky.

I agree it's tough for him with next to no pre-event testing, and if he had more testing he'd get "settled in" earlier in a rally. At the same time, some of that has to be partly his responsibility because he keeps tinkering with settings and kind of uses up the Friday of a rally on that.

It was not right of Henning to come out and say he's available. But what can you expect? He's trying to further his career.

Jari is a lot like Colin in that he's got the speed to win a rally he's participating in, but pushes it too far. Malcolm would indeed be making a mistake in replacing Jari. Let the kid gather his thoughts and calm down. He'll get into a groove and likely be a future champion.

Don't get me wrong Henning isn't 3 bad behind the wheel or he would'nt have got where he is but if the drive is up for grabs there should be only one Solberg that gets it and he goes by the name of Petter
