2009 World Rally Championship with the Stobart VK M-Sport Ford Rally Team. Results: 7th in Ireland, 7th in Norway, 5th in Cyprus, retired in Portugal (accident), 5th in Argentina, 6th in Sardinia, 14th in Greece, 5th in Poland, 8th in Finland.
2008 World Rally Championship with the Stobart VK M-Sport Ford Rally Team. 10th in drivers' standings, 15 points. Results: 10th on the Monte, retired in Sweden (in penultimate stage while running 5th - mechanical), 6th in Mexico, retired in Argentina, 5th in Jordan, 12th in Sardinia, 6th in Greece, 7th in Turkey, 9th in Finland, 12th in Germany, 17th in New Zealand (under SuperRally), 9th in Spain, 8th in France, 7th in Japan, 9th in Wales.
2007 World Rally Championship - with the Stobart M-Sport Ford Rally Team (Focus WRC). 11th in drivers'. Scored 11 points. Results: 12th on Monte, retired in Sweden (mechanical), 26th in Norway, 8th in Mexico, 12th in Portugal, 30th in Argentina, 12th in Sardinia, 10th in Greece, 10th in Finland, 9th in Germany, 10th in NZ, 11th in Spain, retired in France (mechanical), 4th in Japan (best WRC result to date), 7th in Ireland, 6th in GB.
2006 World Rally Championship - debut season with the Stobart VK M-Sport Ford Rally Team (M2 category), using a Ford Focus WRC car. Joint 28th in drivers' championship - scored 1 point. Results: 15th on Monte, 14th in Sweden, 17th in Mexico, 15th in Spain, 16th in France, 8th in Argentina (scored first WRC point and first WRC stage win), 34th in Sardinia, 10th in Greece, 12th in Germany, 10th in Finland, 40th in Japan, 10th in Cyprus, 12th in Turkey, 27th in Australia, 13th in NZ, 12th in GB.
2005 British Rally Championship with Eddie Stobart Motorsport - seventh overall, despite missing the majority of the season after an horrific crash on the opening event, the Rally of Wales. Scored 38 points.
Won the Trackrod Rally to become Britain's youngest ever winner of a British Championship event (at 18 years 8 months and 5 days).
WRC - 15th overall on Rally GB (in a Stobart Ford Focus).

1st on the inaugural Rally Ireland (first event with Orr as co-driver).
One of six young British drivers and co-drivers selected for the newly-established Motor Sports Association (MSA) British Rally Elite training scheme.
2004 British Rally Championship with Eddie Stobart Motorsport - third overall. Finished in all eight events. Best result: 3rd overall on Trackrod Rally Yorkshire.
WRC - 13th overall on Rally GB (in a M-Sport Ford Focus).
