Very pleased for Simeon & Beretta, BUT what are Ducati going to do with BRENDAN ROBERTS ? , wishing him all the best for the future sounds like 'Good Bye' to me. Or have I missed something ............. if it is good bye, its a hell of a way to thank the Adelaide lad for winning a Championship for them.

Suzuki and Yamaha rolling out new machines for this category and he jumps onto a Ducati... could prove a bad move.

Thank you Ducati, for giving Xavi this chance!

Xavier had some bad luck this season. Being this close to grabbing the title for the second year in a row was truly dreadful.

He got lucky once, in Monza (not getting involved in the massive pile up at the start).

But Donington was an incredible display of the 19 year old''s talent in the wet, winning with a margin of about ten seconds.

Let''s hope he gets everything right in 2009. And a few raindrops wouldn''t hurt :)
