xaus is a **** and the only reason they wouldnt be competetive. i dont see the logic in trusting someone who is crash happy to develope a new bike. obviously he cant take a bike to the limit and stay there. crashing too much = not knowing/understanding the limits...

Uncle Vito, beating Kawasaki isnt exactly a scalp worth claiming, they have not exactly set WSBK on fire in the last few years.

your statement is filled with irony. when you crash, you learn a lesson. when you keep crashing, you never learned your lesson. xaus has been on good machinery most of his career and control tires as well, so to blame that is just plain blindedness.

well maverick, as I know the more crashes, the more lessons you learn. sometimes is just not 'that' bike or not 'that' tyre

Except BMWdid'nt start from scratch in F1, they had some years as an engine builder, and then took on the infrastructure of Sauber. far as I can tell, the sbk project is from the ground up, right?

BMW doesn't do things half assed. With those two riders they should be regular podium threats, if not finishers, next year. I will also bet money that BMW and Aprilia beat Kawasaki in the manufacturers championship.

BMW certainly had success in F1 this past season esp. since changing the team dynamics significantly. No idea what you mean by they didn't listen to Kubica since all indications show it is a great relationship.

don''t expect too much from BMW as they were stone-deaf to Robert Kubica last season, but anyway it''s nice to link SBK with F1:) in forthcoming year BMW will have some prototype season both in F1 and SBK, new regulations and competely new bike project going straight on race track.
