Im sure they will be at the front with Haga, Corser, Biaggi and Spies.... NOT!!!!

So what they have 6 bikes on the grid the Krapasaki sucks! They suck in MotoGP, WSBK, BSB, and AMA so what makes them think they will competitive this year? They haven't been competitive in several years. Walker & Regis were their 2 best riders and even they knew the bike sucked.

Kawasaki is the new Petronas in WSBK. Unless that really recruit some serious talent and develop a competitive title winning bike, they will always suck.

while I don't disagree on the suckage, isn't the point of injecting their bikes as often and with as many series as possible convey that they are serious about progression? You can argue that the riders are not always the top riders, but the point remains they are TRYING and trying OFTEN

They are trying, but they aren't trying very hard. The last time they had any success in GP's was in the 250 and 350 classes with Kork Ballington at a time when a lot of the opposition were privateers. They have never had any success in 500 / motogp as allways underfunded. Only success in WSB was with Scot Russell - Fogarty won far more races, but was too inconsistent that year.

I would like to see them do one class, but do it properly. They should forget MotoGP because in the last 30 years they have never been competitive. If they switched that budget to WSB with top riders and a few learning years to improve the bikes they might take the title again - might!

Hi all! I'm a die hard, to the core Kawasaki fan and I believe Kawasaki has what it takes to be winners. Jamie Hacking and Sheridan Morais have proved this. Look at how Jamie and his team in the AMA took the all new for 2008 ZX-10R and turned it into a consistent podium finisher. Morais's results also speak for themselves. As far as street level production bikes are concerned, Kawasaki's ZX-10R was the strongest power-wise bike on the market. The problem was, it was VERY hard for anyone to tame all that power but, the 2 guys I mentioned above were able to. There's hope for Kawasaki, I think they should hire more experienced, proven riders like Hacking and riders with the grit of Morais.

One more thing, if you put some of the top riders on the top bikes, you're gonna see them win unless, you're watching rossi race because, he can win on ANYTHING! My point is, look at Superbikes in the AMA, totally dominated by Yoshimura Suzuki and I'm sure we all know how unfair their advantage has been but, with all things a little more equal between the rest of the field, Kawasaki was on top most of the time. Because they had a good, fast, experienced veteran rider in Hacking. Now onto WSBK and MotoGP. Does either Kawasaki team in these series have a proven, Rossi, Corser, Hacking, Bayliss type rider? No. --Cont.--

Emtek Racing Kawasaki in South Afica doesn't have an experienced rider like that either but, they do have the unexplained raw talent of Morais! Ben Spies has came to Yamaha and is instantly fast on a undeveloped R1 and thus is also proving that if you have a fast rider, he'll be fast on anything. Like I said, if Kawasaki had riders that have "proven" to be fast, experienced and good at developing, they'd be fine. Jamie Hacking slipped back to dead last in the 1st lap of his MotoGP race at Laguna but, by midway he was up to 9th! Keep in mind that he was on a bike that he had ridden 2 TIMES prior to that race weekend! That was the same Kawasaki that everyone called crap this year in MotoGP.

Who knows, maybe Kawasaki should put Jamie Hacking and Sheridan Morais on a team in World Superbike? They'd have speed, experience and youth all on one team!
