Loic Duval ensured France made a winning start to the A1GP season with victory in the feature race at Zandvoort.
In conditions even worse than those encountered in the sprint race, the Frenchman picked up the victory ahead of Fairuz Fauzy and Earl Bamber – leaving France level on points with Malaysia in the standings.
The race featured a number of accidents, including one involving Lebanon and China which saw the race end behind the Safety Car.
