I think Malaysia could maybe get away with calling the Ireland punt a "racing incident", maybe. But not the NZ punt, that was just plain bad driving and im surprised they didnt get penalised.

A1 Team Malaysia has claimed that Fairuz Fauzy should not be blamed for the incident involving Ireland's Adam Carroll at Kyalami on Sunday.

This is why i stopped watching A1GP. Incompetent drivers skewing the results by taking random drivers out of the races! Very frustrating to watch and see championships won or lost on luck

I think Team Ireland have every right to be upset regarding the incident. Adam Carroll was cleanly past the Malayasin car. How many times this season have we seen that car make ill judged moves and others suffer as a consequence.

I spoke to Adam, when he got back to the pits during the race, he was relaxed about what had happened and joked about it, no venom or malace, I suspect all the retoric came from his team bosses with Adam towing the company line later.

How the previous commenters can have an opinion when the tv coverage did not show the incident. Adam has to realise a race is not won on the first lap especialy going round the outside on a green and very dirty corner & using push to pass ,crazy, and as for the NZ car, NZ was blocking a much faster car and paid the price.

The stewards had a lot more evidence to hand and decided both incidents were "racing incidents" with no penalty. End of story.

A1 Ireland's Mark Gallagher should stop whingeing.

Adam Carroll's attempted pass on Fauzy was stupid considering it was on the 1st lap, outside of a corner with no grip and using push to pass. Thats the Adam Carroll we all know of old, plenty of guts but no brains. Advice to Gallagher, engage brain before gob and stop WHINGEING
With driving like that from Ireland, Switzerland will take the title again, Jani he's the driver with skill and brains.
