I'm owed money by this Sh*T someone on this site lovingly calls "MR Texiera" Do you pro Sh*t lobby really think the series can go on. This season's winning team has dissbanded with no prize money , New Zealand has dissbanded pulled out, Lebenon who paid their bills has pulled out with all the team layed off. France are about to call it a day along with South Africa, "Mr Texiera" has no staff left. The Silverstone facility is abandond, the London office only has a lawyer in it. "Mr Texiera" has no race cars and no equipment, a creditor is holding them against a huge debt, including innocent mechanics own personel gear. We are all dreaming if we think any money will come from these people

I think your missing the point here, A1 operations was just a management company that placed orders for A1GP it has few assets so a winding up order gains nothing for the creditors. If A1 does survive in some form the creditors may have had the opportunity to recover some or all of their debts.

I don't have a problem with peoples personal views but gaining a winding up order is just a dumb thing to do. All Steve Middleton and the the other creditors he talks about have done is screw it for the others, many of whom were prepared to give A1 more time to restructure over the off season. It would have made more sense to start a court case when and if season five got underway.

Tony Teixeira and I go back a long way

He is an utter con man who looks after one person...Himself! Bernie and I are pleased that Mr Middleton has taken action to prevent him damaging our fragile world of motor sport even more. Good riddance to you and your race series. This is nothing short of legalised thieving. My thoughts go out to the creditors and their families.

Hi
Well I have read all the comments with great interest. We are planning on carrying on with the series next year...and we have plenty of suppliers on board who WILL be providing a service to us. See you all in October and, to the suppliers who 'forced' us into administration..Nice work!!!

While it is obvious that people are devided on this A1 still has what everything else misses, meaning action from start to finish, sofor one I hope it carries on and proves the doubters wrong otherwise the winters are going to be boring watching DTM reruns.
Maybe if the "A1 insider put his effort into working for the company rather than badmouthing it then the series would survive, good luck Tony, find out who your mole is though!!

We've worked with A1GP for years. They've been absolutely fantastic. Great people, always going the extra mile, incredible committment to the success of the series and very innovative. Tony has always delivered despite some people's doubts and I am sure he will do this time. I don't know where a lot of these comments come from, because I have been speaking with A1GP people still working hard on next year's series. The 2009/10 calendar looks great.
