Here is an email sent by the solicitor for the liquidator on Friday to all the people holding the cars:

We are writing to advise on behalf of our client that we have today made an application for the Company to be placed into administration as a protection mechanism. As the application has been issued there is now in place an interim moratorium to prevent dissipation of the assets Para 44 schedule B1 Insolvency Act 1986. Our client has received various competing claims in relation to title and these matters need to be resolved in an orderly manner and the administration process will greatly assist this to done and still achieve a sale.
