Sebastian Vettel: Well done to the whole team, to everyone here, to the factory in the background and especially to those who were working on the strategy today

Vettel is the anti-Alonso - while Alonso always belittles his team and tries to puff up himself, Vettel never brags about himself and is always quick to praise others.

alonso stressed him out at the begining, then the ferrari broke resulting in an easy afternoon for vett. the numbers hes talking abou must be the extra seven points from malaysia which put him over a race win ahead of alonso before the european season has even started

Great race from Vettel. Seemed that he was able to pull away from everyone, including Alonso even before Alonso's DRS problem.

And contrary to what everyone seems to be saying (commentators and Ferrari), Alonso only had one extra stop to close the DRS for the last time. The first stop also got him a tire change off of the medium which he was going to have to do anyway. And the extra stop was really their own fault for opening the DRS yet again after it had failed - losing the DRS == bad luck - second stop to close it == self-inflicted wound.

Clearly, Ferrari believed it was worth the risk, but they were proven wrong. I'm a bit curious about why they didn't bother to give it a simple open/close test in the pit, although that might not have been an adequate test with the wing not under aerodynamic pressure.

In hindsight it appears that he would have easily finished 5th without the extra stop and quite possibly even higher. Minimum loss of 6 points due to the extra stop.
