“Unfortunately we weren't able to do a race simulation in the tests, so tyre wear is a question mark for me” – Andrea Dovizioso.

Rossi's bike. The improvement is showing.

That's what happens when a rider actually tries. Perhaps Ross can learn something from Dovi.

I can troll too!

Must have been a pain staking long two years for you.

I sense sarcasm. It must be! The GP isn't improving, and the Ducati generally runs well...for 5 laps on new tires!!! The bike hasn't improved beyond what Rossi and Hayden managed last year.

Dear Dovi,

You're not in the dark. Just look at last year's performance by Hayden and Rossi. That will tell you where you stand in terms of race distance. It isn't rocket science young Italian.

Rossi didn't contribute anything, just messed it up. Bet if Ducati had pre-Rossi bike now, they wouldn't do any worse. The carbon frame development should have continued. It was Ducati's vision and now it's all gone just because of a decision of one rider whose ego is too big and who cowardly fled away after just two seasons anyway?

That red n black is damn beautiful I must say...anyways I like Dovi but I think after maybe lap 8-9 he's gonna fall back away from the likes of bradl. To all MotoGP fans, the wait is almost over yessssss!!! Go Rosssssssssssssi #46

You dislike Ducati and your always the first one to jump in on here and blame Ducati for Valentinos failure to deliver,Ducati's biggest mistake was not using the 15million they paid rossi for researce and development instead of hiring a rider who Thought he could ride anything and ended up putting them 2 years behind the competition,Definitely the most expensive 80second fix in the history of Motorcycle Racing!!!!

@ Realist

He is not that far off base.

Rossi took Ducati down a development path that was foreign to them, specifically for himself. The bike is no worse, no better than it was two years ago, and this is by Rossi's own admission.

Although Jimmy's post was clearly written to discredit Rossi, the question still remains as to where Ducati would be had they continued the development of the frameless design.
