Rumour has it that HM Plant are trying to get Lavilla on the bike for Oulton. He turned the ride down to stay in world supers but he is available now. If they had any sense they should sign him up for the season and bin Brookes.Lavilla probably the only guy who coul challenge Guintoli

I'll bet he is. Plater must be elated that there is an HM Plant superbike seat open to him. It is one of the rides that every BSB rider wants.

Who knows, if the visa thing drags on long enough and Plater keeps putting performances like that in we may find a situation similar to when Lavilla was brought in as a 'temporary' replacement at GSE

Great rides from plater, he proved he definately has the pace, i think he deseves a top ride in bsb regardless of age. Does anyone know for sure whether Brookes or plater will be riding at oulton??? because i need to make a decision for my fantasy league team by tommorrow and i want one or the other depending on whos riding but dont wanna pick one to find out the other is out?

second on the grid, two podiums in three races with no testing on a superbike says it all. All these years he just needed a decent bike, I hope at the very least he wraps up the supersport title this year, hes got to be favorite with a top ride like this. come on steve!

He was well entertaining in all 3 races!

People used to race in more than one class at one meeting back in ancient times.
