Josh, you were going at a ridiculous speed for a siting lap, braked far too late coming into the Melbourne Loop, was riding like a complete moron and broke a competitors leg, completely ruining his chance of challenging for the BSB title. You were then given a ridiculously light penalty for this moronic act. Clear enough now??

We have an American in Sol Trujillo who was running one of Australia's largest corporations calling Australian's racist now he has left our country .

But man his comments are tame compared to the way people behave here .

Soon people will have another nationality to have a go at it is just a matter of time .

People make mistakes & accidents happen .

I don't think there is a need to vilify people based on their nationality .

What if an English rider had accidently ran into a Spanish/Irish/Scottish/ South African rider would you people be calling the English rider something other then a prat .

I have to disagree with you Al.

If you are going faster than the riders in front of you then it's your responsibility to get round them safely, not theirs to let you round. Add in the fact that I doubt Sylvain was going slowly and had every right to be on the line then the blame lies squarely with Josh - end of!

Watching it, it's clear there was NO WAY he was making the loop - add in the earlier comments about his back wheel being in the air and it sounds like he's telling porkies to me.

Nowt to do with nationality - couldn't care where he's from, he was wrong and just needs to accept the (ridiculously light) punishment

Whatever speed Brookes was doing, sighting lap, warm up lap, it doesn't matter- the guy has tried to cover up what he did, to the race stewards and his own team. This comment from Brookes about 'clarification' is mearly more salt in the wounds- I'll give you CLARIFICATION Josh- You're an utter disgrace pal!

i have to say that although Josh was stupid to be going at those speeds on the warm up lap it was just unlucky that sylvain was in the wrong place at the wrong time. another time josh probably would have run onto the grass without collecting anyone else.

he would have been best to accept the mistake - even tuxworth seemed sceptical about the brake failure claims.

i'm a camier fan but it has to be said that surely the title is all but over now unless leon has more mechanical woes???

Has Josh been on here disagreeing with all the comments. Mate - you've been caught with your pants down, got off lightly, leave it alone - one day you may understand how the British do things.

And they certainly don't moan as much as Australian's when its a fair cop.

GET OVER IT.

This is all so wrong...

hey Brookesy? Ever had your tib and fib smashed to bits by some git running into you from behind? I have, so let me explain - you've wrecked this mans fitness and living for the next best bit of a year, all because you were too impatient.

Grow up.
