RIP john,i just hope that 1 day this race is not canceled due to the deaths at this track.they are all tragic and leave many loved ones behind but all go into the race knowing the consiquences and im sure even those that have died would want the race to continue, this is probably the the bigest test of skill and bravery in the world today and the participants do it for the love of the sport,do u think any of the motogp crew would compete even if it had the blessing of the team,i doubt it even though id love nothing more than seeing stoner and rossi batteling it out there i dont think they have the mindset to race a track whithout saftey fences or sand traps, these heros desevre their IOMTT

RIP John. At 58 yrs old you went out doing something you obviously loved very much. We should all have that kind of passion to never stop doing the things that we love to do.

RIP

I have so much respect for road racers. More so than any other form of racing. They don't do it for fame. They don't do it for money. They do because they love they the sport.

Everyone knows the dangers, no one makes them do it. Each and every rider that has died on the TT course would want nothing more than the race to go on. The last any of them would want is for it to be stopped.

Many of us never achieve in our lifetime what we aspire to do.John lived life to the full, doing what he set his aims to.He ended a comparatevely short life doing something he enjoyed, suddenly and hopefully without too much pain. What more can any of us ask ?
