I find this a very odd decison.

Rutter a proven top five rider, okay maybe not a championship winner but he has come close a few times and at Mallory who would have bet against him being on the podium at least once?

Tommy Hill, I can not see him doing better job than Rutter. Has he ever bet Rutter? On the other hand it's a big break for Tommy and i wish him the best but I just have never seen him as front runner on superbike.

tommy hill better than who ?? i cant really remember tommy fighting it out for bsb wins with anybody,so its hard to rate him as high as haslam, rea etc ,very optimistic i think, but the lads had bad luck this past few years ,so hes got a chance to impress, good luck to him ,hope he has a good run,at least they have someone who will try and win on it

As I remember it the weather at Silverstone when he got that pole was the same for everyone?

He's never had good machinery, including the Virgin days, and the Pirelli tyres at that time were a real handicap against the Dunlop's and Michelins...but what I like about the guy is he ALWAYS rides his balls off no matter what...yes he crashes from time to time but only because he's pushing inadequate machinery further than its capable of going. Its time he got a decent ride, if it then turns out he's not up to the mark then fair enough, but I stll think he'll race harder than Rutter is prepared to and that in itself will give the team a lift...they need it!

OK. Fact - really means in my well informed opinion. Seriously though, Tommy is an immensly talented guy who has incredibly bad jusgement in choosing the teams he rides for. He's so keen to participate that he doesn't look past the machine (bad mistake). People are 80% of the equation, the machine 20% especially in production bike racing. Tommy's matched any of the afore mentioned riders at sometime in his career. He's just not made the most of his talent (which is part of success I guess) but I'm sure he'll get the best support from Cresent. They appear to know what they're doing. Come on Tommy- prove me right please.

After his time with Suzuki is done then u will know he is up there with the best of the British! FACT! I think they should do a wild card in world superbikes then maybe he will have a decent chance, all that crap about Tommy's replacement with althea doing better than him one simple thing...the replacement speaks italian! We shall see what Tommy can really do on this team now! THE ONLY WAY IS UP! :)
