How good it was to see to see an under-funded team being up there with the big money, big hospitality teams.
Hope the Co-ordit team will get a few more rides in the Superbike championship.

I think Jentin have still got their 2008 spec bikes and they are back at brands hatch...i wonder if they will take note of what Richard Cooper achieved on a 2008 spec bike and put their rider out on the ex Simon Andrews 08 spec bike..
Does anybody know who they are running at brands as John Kirkham is still injured?

Real questions have to be asked of Rob Mac Racing, who couldn't get this bike anywhere near as competitive when it was brand new, despite a much better budget and the option of hiring far superior riders. Cooper did a great job and was surely the feelgood story of the weekend.

Excellent job by Richard but correct me if i'm wrong but did'nt Max Vincent lead a bsb race at Silverstone years back like 96' or 97'as a Kawasaki privater/cup runner or was there no "cup" back then?
Anybody else remember that?

I think you just underestimate Coopermans talent, he's a very class act and just because he hasn't spent much time on a superbike doesn't mean he isn't good (5th at last years Daytona 200, front runner in just about any series he takes part in, KTMs, superstock, BWM boxer cup, etc..)

John Rollinson - Kirkham has left Jentin Racing and signed for Rob Mac to ride the NW200/Coca-Cola Zero bike vacated by Michael Rutter although he is injured as you say and missed Knockhill and Mallory.

The Superstock 1000 has been fantastic to watch this year. Despite Alistair Seeley's dominance the racing has been great and the battle between him and Brogan, with Cooper and McGuiness also involved at times has been brilliant to watch.

'Mr Cooper I have a Mr Beltran on line one'.

'Don't put him through until he confirms they'll fit brakes'.

I've known Richard for a number of years now (he works as a delivery driver for my excellent local family bike dealer Pidcocks,and a nicer lad you couldn't wish to meet) Well done mate,hopefully this will not go unnoticed by some BSB team bosses.

What a ride, no big bang traction controlled 09 spec bike under him, all done through is head and right hand. These are the sort of lads that need a break, not the ones who have had there day. Jack Valantine and the likes take note. Britain's got talent just look and give them a chance.

James Ellison led the BSB race at Thruxton briefly towards the end of the race in 2004 when riding for Jentin Racing as a Privateer. I know - I have it on tape!
