Apart from Camier, it's pretty close at the front and we should get another weekend of great racing. Poor Karl Harris though. 2 seconds off the pace and looking like a backmarker while Hill has jumped straight on Karl's bike and got to within a second of Camier.

Seems too that Kiyo has just breathed a big sigh of relief as he isn't at the back any more. At the same time he seems to have woken Watanabe up and maybe we might just see the kind of form these Japanese superstars are known to be capable of.

Let's hope it gets close to being as good as Cadwell was. We are big fans of BSB here in Texas!

No surprises about Camier, but Guintoli seems to be taking a while to come up to speed.

i am not knocking any rider because I think they are all superb and obviously well above us average guys. But it is an interesting point that apart from Australia where the hotshots are on the New Suzuki and Honda the rest of the world's hot shots seem to be on Yamaha this year. But what generates sales? Yet another interesting point is that in Australia the leading sales for road bikes is Kawasaki because of the 250 that seems to have the right price, performance and legal learner combination. Interesting.

Interesting point about the airwaves bikes, if you meant that camier's bike could be quicker than ellisons...before this season everyone thought ellison would be right there with camier and on paper he should be, so maybe there is something in it...?

Anyway nice to see Kiyo getting thrashed and Simon Andrews up there again, should be a good couple of races, go josh brookes!

i'm just wondering whether gse do the number 1 and 2 status thing like formula 1 does. i know camier's a quality rider but i'd have thought ellison would at least be close to him on more occasions. similar situation last year with shakey while camier was on the 2nd bike. i don't really know the margins between shakey and leon last year though

What's all this pathetic 'Kiyo's off the pace Haha' & 'Good to see Kiyo getting thrashed'.

He was dominant when he was full time in BSB.
He's come back cold, into a team which is seriously changed from when he left it, onto a bike which maybe someways similar but is also very different to the one he's dialed in to. By my reckoning that makes a midfield placement pretty fkn good and anything above that impressive.

On top of that is he a thoroughly nice bloke who doesn't deserve snide pops from people who probably couldn't finish within 10% of his time if you gave 'em a head start.
