Steveo@
Quigley,Palmer,Marino,Laverty,Zanotti and not forgetting the lovely Jenny were all on BSB Spec superbikes and were out-paced by Stock 1000cc bikes with DJ and young Railton aboard and Sam Lowes and Cluzel on PTR 600's.
Very Poor showing from these so called BSB'ELITE' Teams with the exception of PBM UK.

The race was included in the hope of keeping a few punters back at the circuit and spreading the traffic congestion, other than that it was used as a test session for upcoming races at the circuit by the participating teams.
Pity the poor marshalls/medics who are still at the side of the track 12 hours after taking up station for 3 days in a row for no more reward than a can of soft drink, a curled up prepack sandwich and a bag of crisps....no wonder so many of the regulars boycotted the GP this year!
