Just 19 riders confirmed so far although the season doesn't start until April so they still have 3 months. The last two years have seen the grids pretty much set by now.
Are we going to get 30+ bikes on the grid? Well finger's crossed BUT maybe this showdown lottery isn't so loved by anyone except Palmer and his MSV cronies (eurosport spend too much time kissing the ring to be critical of anything MSV do). Maybe it's down to finances or lack thereof being shared with the teams and riders.

Don't worry Cubik, JP will put his hand in his pocket and help finance some teams to fill the grid if he has too I'm sure rather than lose face. The riders can no longer afford to bring shed loads of cash to the party hence my assumption Tommy Hill is having to actually earn a living another way.
