Big shame, always enjoyed Nick Morgan's cheerful presence on the pit wall. I was hoping that the new evo style BSB specs would have produced a fuller grid. For me the senior classes (BSB, WSB, MotoGP) are looking rather unexciting in comparison with the support classes. Next year I am mainly looking forward to Moto2, BSS and WSS in that order.

The paddock is a poorer place today, I've known small m big ORGAN well over 20 years and he has put more into the sport than the media and public will ever know,if it wasn't for me putting him on the map he would never have achieved the success he did (private joke)the man possess the more passion for racing than all the other managers combined, at least this year he will be able to afford another Xmas in Oz and I hope this time we catch something!!
Respect Forrest.

@steve jackson you're deluded if you think only 4 riders are capable of winning a race in 2013!

1. Shakey Byrne
2. Ryuichi Kiyonari
3. Alex Lowes
4. Josh Brookes
5. James Ellison
6. PJ Jacobsen
7. Jakub Smrz
8. Jon Kirkham
9. Keith Farmer
10. Chris Walker
11. Tommy Bridewell (needs a bike first)
12. James Westmoreland
13. Josh Waters
14. Mark Aitchison

Not saying all these 14 riders are going to win a race next year but they are all capable of winning a race in BSB some only if circumstance goes there way (weather) but still capable. I think 5 of these riders are probably going to win a race or more in 2013 (the first 5 riders I've put down) but someone always gets the odd unexpected win somewhere e.g. Walker and Kirkham last year.

When you think GSE Racing folded at the end of 09 after winning the championship what chance has this team got of continuing? I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did. I don't really understand the logic last season of moving Danny Buchan to the premier class when he had a chance of winning the Superstocks.
If I was a sponsor I'd have wanted him to stay put until it was mathamatically impossible.
Still, what do I know? I'm only a punter not a team manager.

Very sad for a team to be out after 20 years or so. Just goes to show how racing at any level now whether 2 or 4 wheels is for those with big money. We only have to look at what's happening in F1 Grand Prix where deep pocketed rent drivers are queuing up to sign for car teams with no hope of decent points, let alone winning races.

@tucker we all know that every rider than lines up on the grid is capable of winning the race should circumstance dictate, but perhaps I didn't quite word it right. What I meant to say was I can only really see four riders winning on a regular basis, and like I said I hope I'm wrong !!
