Easton keen to lay Snetterton demons to rest

Stuart Easton is hoping to put his Snetterton demons behind him by challenging for a maiden ViSK.com British Superbike race win having qualified on the front row.

Easton suffered a broken wrist in a crash at the Norfolk circuit twelve months ago whilst riding for the MSS Colchester Kawasaki team, an injury that would rule him out for the next four meetings.

Nonetheless, Easton was on fine form during qualifying to secure a spot on the outside of the front row, a result he is now eager to convert into a debut victory.

“I'm really pleased with that,” he said. “I wasn't keen on going out in the last session, but I will take a front row any day. We've worked hard on the set-up and we've had to change a lot on the bike, so we are pretty pleased. I think we will be there or thereabouts. I'll be trying for victory and give it everything I've got.”
