Stuart Easton is looking to make a welcome return to the British Superbike podium at Oulton Park after a strong outing at Thruxton.
Next stop podium for rejuvenated Easton
Stuart Easton says he wants to be 'spraying some champagne' when the MCE British Superbike Championship resumes at Oulton Park this weekend.

The Scot gave the clearest indication of his recovery from the injuries he sustained at the North West 200 last year with a superb performance at Thruxton that yielded fourth and fifth place finishes.

Looking ahead to round three at Oulton Park, where he has won two of his three career BSB victories, Easton is confident he can progress to the podium during the three-race weekend aboard the Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki.

"I like all the tracks in the series but Oulton Park is one of my favourites as it is proper old school and has a bit of everything.

“I've had some reasonable success in recent times so I need to continue those sorts of results and get as many points as we can. There are three races this weekend and I want to be spraying some champagne for sure!"

Easton, who rose to sixth overall with his Thruxton results, will start the postponed race from Brands Hatch from 30th position
