Pirelli adds Superstock to BSB portfolio
Pirelli will increase its presence within the British Superbike paddock from 2013 by becoming sole tyre supplier and title sponsor for the National Superstock 1000 and 600 classes.

Pirelli - which has been exclusive supplier for the British Superbike and Supersport classes since 2008, and also backs the Ducati 848 Challenge and National Junior Cup - will also take on the same role for the Triumph Triple Challenge series.

“We're proud to increase Pirelli's involvement in the British Superbike series to the Superstock and Triumph Triple Challenge classes for 2013, cementing our reputation as the premium tyre manufacturer in UK Racing,” said Pirelli Marketing Manager Jim Worland.

“All three of these classes have produced fantastic racing and give great opportunities for young riders such as Keith Farmer to progress through the levels of British Bikesport.

“Our Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tyres are well proven in the British Supersport Championship and we will be monitoring their progress through these other classes. Throughout the classes all the way up to BSB, crucially our tyres are available for any rider to buy for road racing or trackdays.”
