Its great to see Harris is quickest - and Easton is just behind him. But come on Atsu! He is much better than his results are showing. Also, what happened to James Ellison?

"James only did one lap and Leon Camier didn't do any at all for the Airwaves Yamahas!! "

Damned impressed that someone can do no laps and still be seventh fastest....

"7. Leon Camier GBR Airwaves Yamaha 47.025secs"

which, just for info, he did on his 31st of 42 laps...

Oops - didn't notice that as I was already looking at the sector times on the tsl site. For some reason neither Leon or James had any sector times - problems with their transponders?

Dirty - I've just got back from Brands - Ellison had an engine problem in the first session - the team changed it in time for the second session.

Atsushi had a minor off at the very start of the session near druids and had to do the rest of the session on his number 2 bike. In the second session he was backing it in on the approach to Druids more than the other riders, but didn't look any faster.

Karl Harris looked fast right from the start of the session - he appeared to be instantly on it.

Rutter was very smooth, but the two motorpoint Yamahas were moving around at the back as if Gowland and Walker were running softer rear shock settings.

Guintoli v smooth and controlled.
