Gutted for all of you fellas but probably the right decision, better to be in a champioship where you know you can be competitive and certainly for Scott a bad year lacking funds etc could be a death knell, keep the powder dry, win superstock and have another tilt at it in 2011! Will be cheeing you all on from a sitting room in Belgium!

Will Superstock be the most closely fought?
I suspect that might be BSB

Will Superstock attract the most interest?
Dream on.

Is this a good thing to happen?
No, its a great pity Scott Smart won't be racing in Evo.
I think he has more than enough skill & intelligance to do well in either Evo or Superstock.
But in Evo he could have been more inovative and brought more to the party.

Is it a wise call then?
If the team have sponsorship problems - yes. Very.

I wish 'em luck.

We used to have full factory Ducati's competing in BSB - until those numpties in BSB started to play about with the rules mid-season.
Evo class? How about a 998 F04, 999 F06 or 1090 F08?
Sad. Very very sad.
