This seems crazy, Tommy is a great rider with good potential. Something else must of been happening for him to want to leave, didn't Tyco just get last years HM Plant machines? So the bike is good, i'm honestly shocked and confussed. Anyone know anything?

Poor Tommy is just lacking confidence and is looking worse due to the better than expected results from Peter Hickman. Tommy is one of my favourite riders and the grid Sunday will miss his exuberance. Tommy will find another ride and then hopefully we will se the Tommy Bridewell we saw last year where he was regularly riding the wheels off the bike!

As above i'm a little surprised to read this story.
I believe these are last years HM Plant bikes & at the beginning of the season Tommy was saying the bike he had was the best machine he had ever ridden.I know he had an injury quite early on & just assumed he was getting back up to full fitness.
As for the machines ,Peter Hickman has been doing brilliant things using the same equipment & even Mr Muff has been getting podium finishes albeit in the EVO class so i don't think the team are doing a bad job with the bikes.
Very strange indeed!

I'm not sure what happened but I suspect that there has been a falling out somewhere. Tommy dropped the bike a fair few times earlier in the season and it must have been costing a few quid. Remember the team was only running one bike last season. Since the crashes it's almost like tommy was not at the races. I suspect the team may stick with Hickman as one rider. Good luck Tommy, I hope you find a decent ride maybe in WSS.

This is rubbish news, don't suppose this announcement has anything at all to do with the fact that the impressive Loris Baz could possibly be available very soon?

Mofo at least they are trying to put a good team out there, remember they are essentially Quay garage team from previous years. The crashes Tommy has had on the bike in the first couple of rounds cost not far off 50k id bet.No private team can afford to keep a bike on the track with that kind of damage happening regularly.I cant see how you knock them for trying........

Bigears did you see Tommys bike at oulton park?I did and im telling you that the factory teams would not have been able to put that bike back together that weekend.it was a mess. And where do you think the largest input of cash comes from within that team?I know where itcomes from and it certainly isnt from Tyco.So you obviously know something different to me Bigears, would you like to share it with us all.......

Yea I did see his bike, but what am saying is maybe they should think about there riders do fall and bikes need putting back on the track if they have no funds too why are they running three bikes not good for the likes of tyco or the riders its a joke any rider would be pissed off and a few of the top boys have bin it and there teams dont throw the towel in
