Bridewell needs to do what a lot of other lower order BSB riders should do, go and win or at least podium in ANY championship, its ridiculous seeing people riding around who have never made a top five let alone win, too many backmarkers wobbling around thinking they are the next Fogarty! Some of them can't even cut it in Superstock...get some results in you slackers, cut the BS!

i think they should make a rule that a team should stick with there riders for a full season and if they can not continu with there riders the team canot continu at all because i believe that maybe the manager of the team thinks hes better of this way but he could have easy contineud with the riders if he really whould have wanted it but he just dident give a dam about ho rides the bike as long as they preform its sad then just dont hire rookies in the first place i dont think this team whould ever win a title ore even a race

Baz was still in with a chance of making the top six when he was dropped. Westy has been improving and this should have been a learning year. I cannot understand why any rider would want to race for Rob Mac's team. This continued merry-go-round does not look professional to outsiders. Sponsors surely will be deterred by this team tactic. This is one of a couple of teams in the championship that you really have to question what they are about.

The only "new injection of enthusiasm and motivation for the team..." that will work is if Rob Mac finally stands down, the only riders who were tough enough to put up with his bull were Tommy Hill and Niall Macenzie... total waste of 2 BSB grid spots.

I read an interesting blog about Rob Mac firing his riders and treating racing too much like a business.

Can't link here but if you go to twitter and follow @inthegravel there's links to the blog on there, it's called "In the Gravel Again".

Rob Mac's let some very good riders go from this team and it's not the riders that are failing the team in my opinion.

Andrew Pitt said on twitter the other day:
"Good to see Rob Mac up to old tricks again... new riders means more cash yeh??" which I thought as funny.

well anyone chucking money at bridwell in bsb may as well chuck it at a bookie or sumthin, its a waste , he needs to go win a superstock title or sumthin first,to prove hes good enough, before running in bsb, maybe in the stock class he might even begin to back up his big talk
