he must have cost teams thousands in all his crashes this year, this is what happens when young guys get in over their head, think they are quicker than they really are,and not helped by over eagar team managers,at least he should have learned a lot,has talent, and can get things back on course

Shame. Gotta buzz off those Lowes twins. Results havn't come at MSS but he has looked rapid, got towards the front and took a pole.
Crashes prove you're trying but they're costly ultimately here with his job.
Good career ahead nonetheless. Sure they'll be a few teams looking at him.

As Randy Mammola once said (I think it was him anyway) It's easier to stop a fast rider constantly crashing than getting a slow rider to ride fast!!

@Mossop - lots have said that and it's true - if you have the budget and the patience!

Where next? I hope he gets a decent ride for next year - maybe World Supersport?

Has Ellison split from his WSS team to concentrate on BSB? If so, could that be a possibility?

@RR - Re Michael Dunlop - yes he has been on fire, but short circuits are a different discipline so I can't see him repeating his road race form - probably be similar to Guy Martin.

Sad to hear but for the best i think.Too many jump ups in classes in too short a space of time me thinks.I wouldnt mind seeing Ben Wilson given a chance on the bike,or even a test at least,to reward what has been an excellent season on the Supersport bike.
