Brilliant race! Shame we were robbed of the last lap but great racing! Its so much better when there's a bunch battling away than a procession! Well done to Josh Brookes he deserved to win but I reckon after Brands the new champion will be the Hopper !

I was at Silverstone today and managed to have a chat with Josh Brookes after the end of race 2 , I just wanted to say what a really decent and all round nice guy he is.
He chatted and posed for pictures for around 10 mins.
Josh Brookes may be a tough racer but at the end of the day he wants to win races.
Like he said ''he hasn't come to make friends he is here to try and win races.''
Well done Josh.

Apologies for being thick but not really fully comprehending this show-down mullarky ... Hopkins wins 3 of 4 races (plus a third place) and yet is only 8 points ahead ? - how does this work ? - I'd love Hopper to win but can't say I agree with this 'showdown' system in so far as some riders may have amassed more 'actual' points over the season than the eventual winner has - still, guess they are all aware of the rules, even if they do suck ....

@little bit confused: You're not being thick, you're just being lazy. Try listening to the commentary team when they explain it (very frequently), or use Google to find out the rules.

Doesn't matter what the format is. In the end you have to win races, or finish close to the pointy end. That's what Hopper is doing. If the others are good enough, they should be doing the same. But alas they are not. End of arguement(if there was one?).
