Lets face it, he HAS to talk himself up with what might have been. He might even consider himself lucky as people will hold him higher regard now, where as if he had been in the top 6 you know he would have finished 6th overall and definately NOT won the title.

well i for one wish michael rutter all the best, it would be a consolation prize if he does get to the finishing line before brookes and we all know how good brookes is when he's on form so could be interesting little fight.

I always enjoy is reading the absolute bo11ocks some of the trolls pump out about Rutter being too old too slow or too whatever knowing that 80% or the time Old Rutter is going to put in a performance that will show how stupid their prejudices are.

Sure Brookes is a very fast rider and hard to beat when he's on form.
Guess what, so's Rutter.

I would love to see Rutter, one of the cleanest a& safest riders in BSB, stick it to Brookes... Who isn't.

rutter is dreaming he is no where near brookes and they came together cause rutter was holding him up
1. Josh Brookes AUS Relentless Suzuki GSX-R1000 45.708s
17. Michael Rutter GBR Rapid-Bathams Ducati 1098R 46.758s

might want to worry bout the other 16 riders first michael?
