I can't remember the last time I looked forward to a weekend of bike racing as much as I am today. It's as tight as a gnat's chuff at the top and I've no idea who will eventually come out on top. Bring it on!

Love him or Loathe him, you've got to admire Brookes's atitutde.. why should he change his style because others think he's becoming a threat ?? Many other riders in other series have used the same "calming" tactics on certain riders in a desperate bid to slow them down. they did it to Simoncelli and look where is now, off the pace, so it's worked out there hasn't it ?? to a lesser degree the top riders warned JT of his aggressive superbike style when he was showing early potential.
This is not a game for fairies, so good on yer Josh.. But i still hope Hopper takes it !!!!

The hardest thing to do, in a new class, is to set the right level of focus, or aggression. Too low - also ran. Too high - the field turns on you. (And sometimes the spectators as well.) Sadly, racing is in part a political game.

It's interesting that Hamilton seems to get sympathy when he says he's going to race hard and not be browbeaten into going slower. (A view I support.)

If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen....

These are top level racers, not a mothers club

Let the race officials decide what is within the rules and what is not

The rest of us arm chair experts should just go along for the ride, marvel at the riders skill and enjoy the show

Go for it Josh & give them hell on wheels !!

Well done Josh Brookes! Coming good at the end of the year but where would he be in the proper system? You could have a good consistent season ruined in a last race incident! BSB produces great racing all the time and always has! Just because Leon Camier ran away with it 1 year (yes 1)they changed the rules! Shane Byrne's had a good consistent season and got no chance of winning the title! THE "SHOOTOUT" HOWEVER EXCITING IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!

I dont have a problem with Brookes racing other than that one move on Rutter , you dont pass someone where the have no option but to crash and worse be sliding over another section of track.
