Aha ha ha ha!

Surely this John weiner is having a laugh!?

Only a total dipsheet would put a downer on such an epic season!!!!

Shakey knew the rules when he, probably because no one wanted him, returned from WSBKs - His team knew the rules too. I doubt either are complaining and I bet both recognise that Hill is a deserved and worthy champion.

Great entertainment - the shootout format has made the season a classic for all real fans. Simply brilliant!

"Byrne is the rightful and moral 2011 Champion"

Get over it mate, Tommy Hill won the championship, Shane didn't! Move on and get over it! Shakey did the double in masterfull style, but the last race only isn't the time to do it! If you feel that strongly I suggest you stand outside BSB with a banner and a flask of tea! We'll sympathise whilst applauding Hill on his Championship title!

Oh, well done Tommy Hill, ya beut. Also, congrats to the whole Swan team, particularly Gary Ekerold. First job in racing since his BSS title with Cal Crutchlow, now this. He obviously has something special in his makeup. He is the sort of manager we need in WSBK.

It's true though, might as well save a shed load of money and not bother going to any of next years rounds until the last one until this current format changes.
Although I too see Shakey as the real champion points wise I have to congratulate Tommy on a gritty performance.

Im on the fence.

I think the new scoring system is a shocker. The racin was already exciting, even with Camier's masterful year.

However its evident that the new scoring system HASNT taken away that excitement.

You then hav to factor in the butterfly effect - all teams prepping and planning ahead for the showdown sessions. So yes Tommy IS the champ deservedly so, great racing by all today. But we would hav had 3 riders fightin for the win under the old system. tricky one haha!

Brilliant finale to a epic season. Commentary from James Hayden, as normal, ****e. Surely there must be someone out there more worthy than that numpty to comment. As for Carter thrusting the mic in the riders faces as they pulled into parc ferme....t**t !

What the hell is wrong with all you people saying Byrne is the champion under conventional scoring?
That is completely irrelevent!!!

Do you really think Hill and Hopper would have approached things the same way if the scoring was done that way???
Of course not, for one thing, Hopper would not have sat out Cadwell, and neither of them would have let him get away in todays races if he had have been a contender.

Hill is the Champion under the rules they were all racing under.

DEAL WITH IT!!!!
