Guessing they've not put any ambitious personal management clauses in Alex's contract then?

I don't think Alex will be in the limelight the same way he was at the beginning of the season if Gowla's form continues through. Either way, that's a promising squad that WFR have put together.

What happened to the rule limiting teams to 2 riders? Hard not to feel a bit sorry for Glen Richards, who put together such a good season for the team, but they've got a really strong lineup. Any of these guys could be dark horses to make the Showdown, and it would be surprising not to see a WFR on the podium at least once.

Oh dear Imagine the team talks there? . Poor Alex did nothing after leaving WFR only crash and humdrum results .Too much pressure? not enough speed? I reckon too much pressure.

pp916, it's a bit presumptious to say Glen Richards has been dumped by WFR - For all we know he could have turned them down and agreed deal with a bigger team but hasn't announced it yet.
Still, a good line-up for WFR though I'm a little surprised to see Alex back there, hopefully the struggle he had in the second half of the season will stop him believing the hype and get him focused again.

It's a good joke! They split after 3 races, then together again in less than a year!
And what about the 16 2-rider teams? I thought it is hardly feasible, but it seems nobody really cares with it.

I know what I'd be doing if I run that team and it would'nt be giving this guy a chance again. I suppose he could only get enough money together to ride for for them.
Personally after all the slaggin from the internet experts on the various websites I think they prooved they know exactly what their doing and their plan to end up a big force in two wheel racing is well on track.

Personally they dont need him Gowland was doing a just as good and on merit better job than him anyway let him go crash someonelse budget away.

"When we parted it was amicable" - what about all the very public accusations and responses about the contract situation?
