Chris did well this year, he still has his style. In a field of more even bikes I wouldnt be surpised to see him much nearer the front next year...

Riding a bike that wasn't ideally set up was always Chris' strong point, look at the far from perfect Kawasaki's and Suzuki's he rode to multiple runner up spots in BSB, beating WSB regulars as a wildcard in the process.... With any luck these EVO rules will bring the game back to proper natural riders like Chris

If the bikes are gonna be more evenly matched, with the number of Kawasaki's in the field in 2012, my money's on Shakey Byrne for the title...again.

There's gonna be at least 6 Kwaka's out there in various guises, maybe 8 if MSS Colchester Kawasaki are entering - 2 x PBM (Shakey, Easton), 2 x PR (Andrews, Mason), 2 x Pr1mo (Walker, Hillier) and maybe 2 x MSS...?

Looks like it's gonna be the 2012 Kawasaki Superbike Championship.

Obviously in Evo trim, the Kawasaki is the machine to have..!! We'll see..

thats providing they get the kwak set up right it might have all the power but is it delivered well!?!

you only had to watch the last few rounds with wfr and gowland on the honda running riot, mss tried to use an evo spec machine and ended up going back to full superbike mason was rolling round in 15th place for whatever reason and yeah i know they have had no where near as much set up time like wfr had. but i dont see it just being all about the kwak!! Birdys team yeah i agree will be right up there and so they should be with what and who theyve got, but dont rule out the honda, im more interested to see how the yamaha will fair, personally think it will struggle!

will be interesting to see bike and rider again, instead of who has best electronics and the most money.Walker should do well and Andrews in my opinion.

OMG Walker has his raide sorted before March! and it's a second season with the same team.

I love to him do well again, as he is just an awesome rider and racer to watch.

Must be close to his swan song though...

Had a chance to chat with Chris while he was having his Race school bikes liveried, top Bloke, great to see hime still at Primo and cracking to see the linkup with Bournemouth. As for 2012, with his lightning fast starts the new rules that make budget a lot less important, Hell be right up there, come the shootout stage.

Its shaping up to be an interesting season. Hate wet weather races but with new specifications i reckon they might turn out to be crackers! Id love to see Rutter,Stalker and Shakey backing them bikes in!!
