Something very strange has been going on at that team during the offseason.1-No announcements about riders. 2-Laverty leaving. 3-Shanley leaving. It seems to be wobbling. If this is what winning the Championship does to a team, who would want to win. Ekerold seems to have experienced this before, in that his team folded immediately after winning the Supersport title in '06. So did GSE after winning the Superbike title in '09. As did GNS racing in '10 after taking the Supersport title. What a mess.

i suspect its taking so long to sort out deals as they have prob really had to convince tommy that they can get the yamaha to be as competetive as last year as i dont think he believes it will be otherwise he prob would have signed by now seeing as there isnt any wsb rides out there, i bet mick shanley leaving hasnt helped either, one of the best out there! wouldnt suprise me if bsb have helped sway the situation, its not like swan arent a top team so i just think he's not convinced about the yamaha under the new rules
