Westers - you've got a good point. Just because togs are using digital now people seem to think they should have their art for peanuts. And you're right - you've just got to go to any BSB meet and have a look at a certain vendor's photos for sale to see an example of ropey prints for sale, including the pre-printed (and completely illegal) signatures on them.

@notfastenuff

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. I'm a photographer too and I can't tell you how much passionate you must be to do this job because you're working day in and day out to barely make a bit of money. Our profession is in a total recession.

Thank you.

I hope Haga finishes outside the top 10 and retires, because in my opinion he is massivley over rated.
James Toseland is a 2x WSBK champ but he got stick from everyone, yet Haga seems to be the golden boy in the UK... ..despite the fact he can't speak english!

As for the photography argument, I'm 50-50.
I don't mind 30GBP for trackday photos but the photographer at my MTB races charges 15GBP per print. For what? Me doing 15mph through a forest?
Needless to say I have yet to buy one of his prints.

I don't think it makes any difference that this picture is from 2004. It has bikes, racing, Haga and a massive fireball. What's not to like? I'm buying one of the prints myself, even though it costs a bit to ship it to the USA. This will look great mounted besides some of my other racing pics.

@ Jon "the idiot"

I've never had any difficulty in understanding what Haga is conveying in his podium interviews in WSBK even though he's not fluent in English. Considering that English is his essentially his 3rd language behind Japanese & Italian, that's not too shabby. Bet you're only a monolingual speaker yourself eh?
