I cannot understand why they did not allow the sidecar race to go ahead and help clean the track before the BSB riders had their quick 8 minute or so track condition test? At least then we may have had a chance of the 2nd BSB race happening. Instead it was just wait and wait until to late to do anything. Not rocket science to let a 'safer' sidecar race clean the track a bit with their 3 wheels.

Bring a whole bunch of buddies with your bikes to your favorite track on a rainy day and start doing fast laps then tell one of your friends to pour fuel all over the track and then throw soap on it to clean the fuel and then start doing fast laps again and see what happens.

I expect the petulant kick at the bike after the first race off helped with the rear set up!
Still it sent a good indicator of attitude and temprement to all watching.

fair play though 27 laps completed are more than i will ever achieve. good luck to all for thruxton, latest weather indicates dry but cold and probably damp.
