Superb win, you could see what it meant to Chris and the team, couldnt have happened to a nicer guy. Should shut up a few doubters.Just think he needs a little more speed in the dry. Great racing at Oulton puts motogp to shame again.

I hope this showery weather continues throughout the season, it could be the first of a few wins I hope!

Always enjoyed seeing stalker race, especially in the wet! I can remember race of the year at Mallory 1995 watching Stalker cream a load of superbikes on a 250cc bike, he was incredible! Well Done Chris!

Well done. Get rid of the "excessive" electronics and we will see talent rise to the top. Yea ..I know he has always been special in the wet but if he was so special why did he not win before now. I will tell you, it is because the rules are playing to the hands of the riders talent as opposed to machine and electronics..
keep it going...man I love underdogs. Not saying he will win the title but just good to see the old dog..like myself, back on top, is GREAT!!!

Well done Stalker great ride! Do you think Nick Morgan is kicking himself yet, should have signed him when he had the chance. Seems that the Walker has beaten Rutter in four out of the six races so far and they both retired in one with walker in a top 10 position before the mechanical.

Entertainment value 10/10
Great ride from Chris and the post race interview showed what passion Chris still has for racing bikes and winning.
Also a great achievement by all the Pr1mo team especially Mr Stringer(Raymondo to his friends) who gave Chris a bike that was capable of winning.
As another poster said'a bit more speed needed in the dry' but racing in the UK who knows what the weather will do.
Bring on Snetterton.

@nick

Ah yes the race of the year 95, the harder the rain came down the faster the Stalker went, lapping everybody in the race exept John Reynolds on the REVE Kawasaki. Stood on the hill under the umbrella hoping I wouuldn't die with the thunder and lightning. Nowadays the slightest bit of rain and the race gets abandoned Lol.
Good lad Chris should have one or two on here eating humble pie !!!
