OK, so Nori has never won the SBK title and almost certainly never will now. However if anyone doubts his ability, he has 43 race wins in SBK. Only Fogarty (59 wins, 4 titles) and Bayliss (52 wins, 3 titles) have more wins.

IMO his biggest mistake was going to Ducati in '09. As close as he came to beating Spies I don't think he ever looked as happy on a twin as he did on a four.

Kiyo is an enigma. Last year in BSB he won a race and also he won the Suzuka 8hrs.. Whatever was going on he hadn't just suddenly forgotten how to ride a bike.

For my money he was the best BSB rider to date, even including last year. On his day he was untouchable on a UK circuit.

Haga is clearly getting long in the tooth.. but only a fool entirely discounts Haga, lol.

@ cruachan

Yeah, going to Ducati wasn't a good move for Haga.

He never got it working in that front end style like he did the in line fours (and even that Aprillia twin).

Let me make this clear. Nori had replaced Hutchinson. So team had crew for Hutchinson. Crew clearly lucked on their experience. That is why he has started to feel confortable on the bike. It is a bit too late but lets see how he would ride on Siverstone!!
