its got to be a tough call for Tommy who in my mind is a top bloke, but strange things do happen as in what happened to Tommy at Assen, Shane must be the man to beat but if he takes his eye of the ball and Tommy does win the previous two races then the final race could be a classic, then consider its now October in England and with our weather anything is possible. I am not a Kwak or shakey fan but he has been superb most of the year and in BSB the winner at the end of the season has without doubt earnt it.All the best to Tommy but may the best man win, i will be there to watch the weekends excitement

would love to see Tommy pull of a miracle but thats what it's gonna be. Shakey is top class round here and Tommy has to rely on the failure of other to be able to take this, whether is a mechanical or racing incident.
If all the top players are at the front with no incident is gonna be nigh on impossible.

I still hold out hope though

Go #33! #1 (if you prefer) :)

This is what I don't like about the Showdown format.

A man who has been most consistent the whole season, is now almost out of it because of the last few rounds. Yes, it keeps it interesting, but consistency now seems to count for nothing...

Opinion is truly divided when it comes to the showdown format as it does make the final part of the season more exciting. The showdown format worked to Tommy's advantage last year (and to the disadvantage of Shakey), so it will be interesting to see what happens this time. Being a Tommy fan I hope he pulls off the miracle but both Shakey and Tommy are local lads and I wish them both well.
