Firstly well done to brookes. People are saying he will win it next year but I can't see it on that machine. The Kawasaki and yam are much better bikes. With regards to the showdown, the teams know the format before the season kicks off and if they don't like it they should pack up their toys and quit or move to another championship. That will make Higgs and his friends understand.

The showdown rules are ridiculous and unfair to both riders and fans alike. Having the last 3 races at Brands was always going to favour Shakey as he is almost unbeatable around there.
The only way he wasn't going to win was through a mechanical failure. A points system where riders feel they can miss whole meetings is completely stupid. Once you know you have qualified for the showdown, why turn up at all, the most you can get is 6 points.

When will they get rid of that fat ginger Tony Carter? He has to be one of the worst presenters in the history of TV. He is so wooden and awkward it is amazing he is allowed in front of the camera.
When he barges into "park ferme" with his clipboard to ask the most stupid questions I always hope one of the riders will give him a slap.

Surely there must be a better presenter that can take over or does Mr Carter own the production company that has the rights to broadcast BSB ans WSB.

Sorry killahrat, can't agree, think worst presenter on BSB is James Hayden, personality of a flipflop! A least Tony is fair to all the riders. Should have Neil Hodgson on BSB,good presenter, funny and above all knows exactly how to explain the mechanics which helps someone with not much knowledge in that field. James Whitham good though would have liked to have seen him in that disguise Brookes had before the race.

Yet again the showdown system has a let a worthy champion down. As far as i'm concerned Shane was champion last year and Josh this year!

Get rid of Higgs and Palmer who have to be two of the biggest idiots in motorsport at the moment

So, the few seasons before, which all had runaway winners (bar the Kiyo and Hill battle) woudn't have been affected by the shootout rules? It's bl00dy funny how the new rules have completely b0ll0cksed two different riders these past two seasons then isn't it?

I've voted with my feet too - in the past two seasons I've only been to about three days' racing. The smug, self-congratulatory numpties that run this series don't deserve my hard-earned cash. If the riders were given prize money I'd be a lot more inclined to pay up!

Agree with Killharat. Fat Tony Carter is a bloody disgrace . He adds nothing to the programme with his innane questions. He would be so much happier stuffing his stupid face so why not do us all a favour and send him back to whatever burger joint he was rolled out of.

Aaaahhhh, Tony Carter AKA Tin-tin's fat uncle Tony....the only entertainment he provides is that he clearly has the respect of no-one in the paddock or his co-presenters as they're always either mercilessly taking the pis* out of him or dousing him in champagne when he's on camera....remember Jack Burnicle's faux-pas on an open mike a couple of seasons ago when he called him a fat wan*ker or words to that effect? Priceless!!
