Begging for a 'high tier' team to come in and offer him a ride.

Can't stand the bloke and this just shows his lack of respect within the sport. I hope no one offers him anything and he has to start from the bottom if he comes back in 2014.

what a miss Tommy will be,he always seemed to be a really good hard working guy who was dedicated to his sport. I am sure the sport and his fans will miss him racing. Good Luck Tommy in whatever you choose to do. Perhaps see you in 2014!

Bring back the death penalty, apply it to mass murderers, paedos , terrorists etc, use the hundreds of millions saved from keeping scum in softy prisons and start a stated funded motorsport program. If something is not done soon, another part of our society will regress, motorsport will soon become the preserve of the wealthy, so much for social mobility.

To dimwit MP's motorsport = engineering = maths & science, the very sectors this country once lead the World, and an essential part of maintaining first world status and respect for GB.

Brave decision by Tommy - However knowing the rate of attrition in the world superbike series, it would only take an unfortunate injury tyo a rider to Give Tommy the chance as a stand in and show what he can do. It may well be a very clever move. Would also be available as a replacement CRT rider, especially if the CRT bikes move further forward.

wow, what a beautiful idea!Reintroducing death penalty to gain money for motorsport events...how smart are you! why don't you write a book on it? you should be the next Macchiavelli and GB'll be proud of you.

C'mon Tommy, we're 100% behind you

No disrespect, but having watched my freinds son and many others kick Tommy's **** all through his schoolboy MX days, I can confidently say that he is only where he is due to his dad's wealth. Mediocre talent gets you a long way in motorspot when you've got plenty of money behind you.
Meanwhile, the more talented riders, but without the cash behind them, can't get the help and have to quit the sport...

Zedhead. Don't know if you know but motocross and road racing are totally diferant. So if your mates son beat him does not mean he would beat him on a road bike. I used to race at east Kent scramble and Tommy hill was always near the front on a yam 80. Total bull about dad having money as Tommy hill has never paid for a ride since wining virgin r6 cup.if mediocar means that you will never get beaten in a season by team mate then I want that as he always has come out top over his team mates.
