It's democracy at work, mate.
I reckon after his nightmare 2011, to comeback the way he did this year was a magnificent turnaround. It's just a shame he blotted his copybook at the final round, but hey, shot or bust, you can't knock the guy for giving his all.
Next season will be a biggy for him.

Putting this guy 2nd is a bit like the showdown, who is best out of 3 rounds. I thought it we was voting for the whole season. But carnt denie his talant for next year.

the mid season test at donington was the turning point he and WFR found something that turned him into a real force come the showdown stage shame he did a reverse of what shakey did at brands a major contender for the 2013 title

you only win a championship your out in wether it a show down or not and in the show down alex was the 2nd best rider in it shakey was head n shoulders above the rest and people only remember the show down which i think is stooooopid
