So all the speculation about Tommy leaving etc etc was for naught!! The team owner/manager decided not to continue... Its all good. They probably just could not agree to financial terms in light of Tommy's new found success and rise in stock price! Tommy probably stood his ground on an asking price and Martin said no! end of.

Tommy and Martin, "Let's agree to disagree"... wish you well (to each other). I wish them both well and hope Tommy shines on the Yamaha!!!!

I reckon that those 3 races that Tommy and Halsall had together may be the making of them both. Halsall will now be a first choice for top riders as having a potentially front running bike and Tommy is I'm sure now talking to a number of teams where he may be able to stay for a whole season!

What a crock of sh** the whole BSB championship is. It was the best domestic championship in the world but now its become a farce, its an epitomy of britishness. Dont worry about being better as the rest of the people might be too scared, instead lets make it a level field and drink tea whilst we watch careers/people suffer....bloody ridiculous

That last comment was frankly ridiculous.
BSB has full grids and more and more teams are wanting to participate.
Crowds at BSB events remain high, despite the recession.
WSB (which is the opposite) is now adopting very similar rules to BSB to try and reverse its decline.
Whilst BSB may not be perfect, as a series it is infinitely better than WSB or AMA.
