'I think we are just lacking that extra two tenths even though our pace was fast but I am happy as this is my first double podium' - Tommy Bridewell

Bridewell has surprised by being so quick this season and looks immediately at home on the Milwaukee Bike.
But, having been brought in as a "wingman" to help Jellyson, he appears to be ignoring that duty and could have let JE77 through for the extra points without harming his own prospects.
Similarly, Nori (borrocks like baked potatoes) Haga doesn't appear to be helping Alex very much!

As the season has gone on the Suzuki has fallen further behind the competition. On top of that the team doesn't appear to have told his rookie partner not to hinder his title hopes. I really hope to see Josh somewhere else next year.

Superb riding from TB46 yet again. Since leaving the frankly awful Bathams (Quay) outfit, Tommy has amassed a huge 121 points and 6 podiums.

He has also demonstrated that the 'Quick' Halsall bike was again due to his talent as Costello and recently Waters have confirmed this with their average performances.

Tommy is the genuine article and should be signed up immediately as a paid works team rider for next season.

Haga, Kiyo and Foray are all spent forces and the BSB Superbike Championship Teams should be looking at the Supersport guys for new talent.

Genuine fans want to see these guys promoted and not watch the recent influx of 'Shootout Shotguns'.

Good luck at Brands Tommy.

Whats he supposed to do? Wait around for Ellison to catch up. Perhaps TB could pull in and have a brew while Ellison takes forever to pass someone.

He took an absolute age to pass Jacobson at Assen.

how many times has Ellison thrown it down the road this season? perhaps one of you "anoraks" have the answer ? Tommy was up there with Shakey and Lowes, and you could see he backed off, just got pissed off with waiting for Ellison to play catch up, Rock on Tommy

BREAKING NEWS:

Tommy Bridewell will be racing a motorbike & sidecar at Brands so Ellison can keep up. Team Orders state that upon entering the finish straight on the last lap, Tommy is to jettison Ellison foward 'Wallace & Grommit' style so that he finishes ahead of Tommy.

Really odd comments from the fanboys. TB was brought in to help win the championship for JE. This can be acheived by taking points off AL or SB or helping JE get some extra points. Both things he failed to do at Silverstone. This isn't taking anything away from his performance, but is fact and your comments above are plain wrong.

Tommy has done his utmost to takes points off the Showdown Contenders by beating Brookes, Westy and Kiyo since moving to MY. If Ellison had not had his unforunate Qualy off then i would of hoped that he would of been nearer the front in race one and been able to be in charge of his own title challenge.

As for race two, i did think Tom rolled off in the last couple of laps when he could not keep with SB & AL. If Ellison had got past JB & PJ earlier, again he would of been in a position to take the extra points.

Also, i did not see PJ helping JB too much!!
