A lot happens in one day! Alex Lowes is the new BSB champ.! Tom Sykes is the new WSB champ! Marc Marquez almost became the first rookie since 'King' Kenny Roberts to win the MotoGP title (but for a black flag!!). And not forgetting Scott Dixon is the new IndyCar champ! Goes without saying congrats Alex!

Absolutely sublime bravery and concentration in atrocious conditions from all but especially Alex & Shakey today.Shame there had to be a loser is a cliche but no truer word spoken today.Congrats to both but especially Alex.

Almost as dramatic as 2011, fantastic entertainment full of thrills and spills. I'm glad Shaky did overtake Alex during the race, so the unfortunate way the grid was calculated didn't unfairly bias the outcome. And what great sports they both were on the cool-down lap.
