Great rides from Karl Harris - a great shame that his bike packed up in race one and he was knocked off his bike in race two. He looked on for a podium in both races.

Leon Haslam must be upset to have been soundly beaten by his team mate.

Watanabe not competitive yet.

Great ride from Glen Richards in supersport on a bike with less speed than the Honda.

Excellent coverage by Eurosport 2 - no news banner across the bottom of the screen, no adverts during races and good commentary - well impressed!

A bit early for so many walking wounded, Denis Hobbs has got to be the unluckiest rider on the planet, hope he has a speedy recovery and a fast return to the sharp end, the guys got real talent

Well done to Rutter excellent rides glad to see you back on the podium.Wished i could have caught the crash helmet!! went to sat qualifying had two numpties sat behind us complaining as to the length of time it took to clean up the oil from superstock crash at the chicane. these two should have stayed at home as they clearly didn't have a clue that rider's safety is paramount. May i say well done to all the marshalls for their dedication and immaculate work. Incidentally the two numpties-one expected to see rossi racing and the other replied that he was at estoril this weekend WRONG both times IDIOTS

Ellison could'nt win a raffle. Right place right time for his MotoGP ride - certainly didn't deserve it from success. What has he actually acheived? I hear his trophy room was burgled whilst he was at Thruxton. The police are looking for a robber carrying a blue carpet at there was nothing els in there to take!
