sick cylinder quotes
'The Yamaha doesn't look any faster than the PBM Kawasakis or the Tyco Suzuki'and it should not be.
The R1 should not be a match for the other Japanese brands.
The tyres may have improved since 2009 but that does not make the bike any faster in a straight line and the Swan Yamaha is more than a match for the Kawasaki and the Honda.
The bike still needs to be ridden and Tommy and Nori are doing that brilliantly and the Swan team are no mugs, but i for one am amazed at how good the Yamaha is performing.
The racing is good for sure but lets hope that the playing field is level and not sloping slightly towards garage one.
