Simple statistical fact. Weather levels the playing field with machinery but more importantly short comings in setup and engineering preparation and budget. Take a look at riders that finish better in poor conditions. Kind of cuts through all the bull of crash collective debate. Just for the record. 1. Rob mac '03 bike great 2. Rob mac 04 bike pants 3. Birdy DIY first gen blade.... Ask McWilliams ... 4, hydrex bike... Lol... 1 year old before the season started, like yes it was a 04 bike subjected to the famous second choice Dunlop tyre cartel.. Plus no wages...as per contract.. Bye bye house.. So... Where's the big money? Just for starts. Life in this sport at this level is business subjected to media propaganda that needs to love you and be stage managed (alex lowes) with lady lucky firmly on your side.
